Today we left Sheridan to the West back up on 14 to Greybull then back East on 16 to Buffalo and I-90. We road that to Spearfish, SD. We dropped off the interstate to take 2 lane blacktops to Keystone and our motel for the week.
My GPS route somehow got us on 10 miles of gravel road. With our old riding skills on off highway bikes we navigated the road just fine.
One of many road repair waits
Waiting for the road to open up
We saw a lot of these
In the Black Hills
10 miles of gravel roads
A section of Shell Canyon on 14 West of Sheridan
What would a trip be without gravel? Seems no matter what, that happens.
