Kick stands up at 7:30. Had a nice breakfast and conversation with a life long Wyoming waitress. Then we “head out on the highway looking for adventure, in anything that comes our way”. Rode East on highway 16 to Buffalo then North past Sheridan where we caught highway 14 back West to Cody. A very nice ride with a light shower in the morning then dry skies the rest of the day. We arrived at the A Wyoming Inn at 3:30. A low budget motel but good enough for motorcycle guys. There was a noticeable lack of other folks staying here. 😟
Now comes the question “where are we going to go for supper”
Pictures: not a lot of scenery shots but maybe something that will entice you to come out here yourselves.
The one with the 3 boys was in Sheridan for a gas stop and ice cream.
Great pics, Jim. Like that canyon hiway shot. Is Steve hiding his ice cream cone?
ReplyDeleteHe ate his quickly. I wish I had better pictures of the canyon roads we were on but it’s difficult to take them and ride safely. Most of the time there isn’t any place to stop either.
