Ride the Rockies

With Covid-19 and no MOA rally this summer most of the rides I planned last winter have been canceled but that's not going to deter me from getting out in the fresh air. Frank, Jerry and I are heading to the Rocky Mountain states on Monday and throw caution to the wind.

The planned routes will take us up through Utah, Wyoming, Montana and then back again through Colorado to home. It will be a 9 day trip covering 3,000 miles. Along the way we will be stopping in Dubois, WY and staying with our friend Mark Quigley who summers there and works as a fly fishing guide. We will meet up with some of my BMW friends from Virginia along with others out in Greybull, WY. As a group we will ride up Chief Joseph highway and Beartooth Pass into Red Lodge, MT. Turning back south will lead us to Casper, WY, Estes Park, CO where we will leave the East coast guys and head to Montrose, CO before reluctantly coming back home on the June 30th.

Stay tuned for pictures and write ups as we enjoy the cool mountain air in the Rocky Mountains.
